  • A description of the problem you're facing
  • An optional screenshot you choose to upload
How we use this information

Your information is used only to:

  • Verify your identity when you register, log in, or reset your password (via a one-time email code)
  • Create and track your support ticket
  • Notify you by email when your ticket is received, assigned to an engineer, or its status changes
  • Let our support team contact you regarding your complaint
Who can see your complaints

Only you and our administrators can see the complaints you submit. Your login also requires a one-time verification code sent to your email in addition to your password (two-factor authentication), and new accounts must be approved by an administrator before they can be used.
